I have wanted to create this special little outfit for quite sometime now. It is truly a labor of ❤️.
The helmet hat is crocheted in a beautiful merino wool, and I have created an adorable little piglet face embellished with a bow and ribbon roses.
The crocheted collar is done in a fine crochet cotton and has a tiny button closure which can be worn to the front or back. The pinafore top is made with a soft light weight cotton fabric, snap closure for ease of dressing and 2 different lace edgings. The bloomers are done in an adorable cotton pig print fabric with an elastic waist and leg openings. The anklet socks are hand knit in a beautiful merino wool as well, and the same fine lace crochet cotton has been used to do the lace ruffle.
The little toy is my favorite! This cute little piglet is crocheted in a soft merino wool and has a rattle in it with a tiny bow near the wood teething ring. It is perfect for display as well as photos.
